Frequently asked questions
What can be exhibited?
Skincare, colour cosmetics, haircare and wigs, fragrance, nails, salon and spa equipment, packaging and private label, plus the fashion and accessory side of the show.
Can I run a demonstration on the stand?
Yes — make-up and hair demonstrations are part of the show. Tell the sales team what you need so the right position and power supply are allocated.
Do you help with shipping into Kenya?
The organiser works with freight forwarders experienced in temporary importation, listed in the exhibitor manual.
Is sponsorship available?
Yes — the conference, the matchmaking lounge, registration and the show's visitor promotion can be sponsored. Ask for the partnership pack.
What is included in the stand price?
A shell scheme includes the walls, fascia with your company name, carpet, lighting and a power socket. Raw space is floor area only. Rates, extras and the furniture list come with the floorplan.
When is build-up and breakdown?
Build-up runs for the two days before the show opens and breakdown happens the evening of the last day. The exact windows, and the venue's rules on vehicles and rigging, are in the exhibitor manual.
