Cookie policy

Template notice — this page is drafted for legal review before the site goes live.

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site uses as few as it can, and the registration form lives on our registration platform, which has its own cookies.

What this site stores

  • Your cookie choice, in local storage, so we do not ask you again on every page.
  • Nothing else by default. The site is static and needs no cookie to display a page.

Measurement

If measurement has been enabled for the event (Google Analytics or similar), the script is only requested after you accept. Until then no measurement cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The registration platform

When you open visitor, exhibitor or speaker registration, the form is served by our registration platform on its own address, and it sets the cookies it needs to keep your session and to issue your badge. Those cookies belong to the platform and are described in its own policy.

Third-party content

If a page embeds a video (for example a YouTube player) or a map, that provider may set its own cookies when you play the video or interact with the map. We do not control those cookies.

Turning cookies off

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the registration platform's cookies may stop your registration from completing, so if you want to register without cookies, contact the team using the details on the contact page and they will register you directly.
